What extra fees do you charge?
The total price of your stay includes both the cleaning fee and Airbnb fees. However, please note that additional fees may apply if you plan to bring furry friends or if there are more than 6 guests.
Do you have accommodations for babies?
Yes, we have a crib available for babies that may be staying with you during your visit. We want to make sure that all of our guests, including the little ones, are comfortable and have everything they need for a great stay. Let us know beforehand so we can have it ready for you.

Can you tell me how close your place is to the water?
Our property is conveniently located just 1.6 miles away from Turkey Cove in Canyon Lake. Turkey Cove is a great spot for swimming, fishing, and boating, and it's just a short drive from our location.
Does the property have a private boat ramp?
We do not have a boat ramp in our premises but we are located 1.9 miles from the closest public access to Canyon Lake. Turkey Cove is a public boat ramp and popular swimming area located in our subdivision where you can enjoy the Lake.
Can I bring my dog/pet?
We welcome your pets at our house! To cover the additional cleaning and maintenance expenses we have a pet fee in place. The fee is $95 for one pet or $150 for two pets. This fee helps us ensure that our property remains clean and comfortable for all guests, including those with allergies or sensitivities.
We want to ensure that your visit is enjoyable for both you and your furry friends.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, we kindly ask that you keep your furry friend out of the rooms and off the furniture.
I have more than 2 cars, is there parking for more vehicles?
There's parking available for 2 vehicles in front of the house and 2 more parking spots in the complex entrance, so we can accommodate up to 4 cars. Inform us if you need extra parking spots so we can arrange that for you. We also have plenty of parking space available for any small-medium watercraft you might be bringing.
How far is the house from Guadalupe River?
The distance between our property and Guadalupe River Public Access is about 6.5 miles, and it would take around 8-10 minutes to drive there, depending on traffic. Here are some popular things to do on the Guadalupe River: Tubing, Kayaking and canoeing, Fishing, Hiking, Swimming, Wildlife watching.
Do I have to pay for an extra guest?
Yes, we do charge an extra fee over 6 guests of $40 per person per day. This fee covers additional cleaning supplies and services we provide to make your stay with us even more enjoyable.
